TINY TRAFFIC

Terms of Use

Last updated:

These terms explain how you may use Tiny Traffic, how lives and ad rewards work, and how to contact us.

1. About these terms

Tiny Traffic is a traffic puzzle game provided by PocketUse. These Terms of Use apply to the Tiny Traffic mobile game. Contact us at hello@pocketuse.com or visit pocketuse.com.

Please read these terms before playing. By using the game, you agree to them to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, you should stop using the game. Agreeing to these terms does not, by itself, provide consent to personalized advertising or other data processing that requires separate consent.

2. Children and parental involvement

Tiny Traffic is intended for children and older players. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement in your country, a parent or legal guardian should review these terms with you and provide any permission required by law. Parents and guardians should supervise use as appropriate.

Please answer the age-group screen accurately. In the current version, the game enables Google advertising and consent requests only for players who select 18 or older. Players who select a younger age group or do not provide an age group can play without ad requests from the game. Free automatic life refills remain available to everyone.

3. Permission to play and ownership

PocketUse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and play Tiny Traffic for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these terms and applicable app-store rules.

The game, its branding, mascot, original artwork, music and other content belong to PocketUse or their respective owners. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses; these terms do not remove any rights granted by those licenses. You may share your own gameplay screenshots and videos, including ordinary monetized gameplay videos, provided you do not imply official endorsement, redistribute game files or use separately licensed content beyond the rights its license allows.

4. Fair use

Do not use the game to break the law, distribute malicious software, interfere with its operation, fraudulently obtain rewards or generate artificial advertisement views or clicks. Do not redistribute the game or its assets without permission, except where a component's license or applicable law permits it.

Do not bypass security or advertising eligibility controls. Nothing in these terms prohibits activities that applicable law expressly permits, including lawful research, accessibility adaptations or interoperability work.

5. Lives, levels and in-game rewards

The current game has a maximum of five shared lives. A failed level uses one life; completing a level successfully does not use a life. When lives are below the maximum, one life refills approximately every 15 minutes, including while the game is closed, subject to the game's timing and save rules. The tutorial provides a separate practice experience.

Eligible players may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement for one additional life, up to the five-life maximum. Any reward and its conditions are shown before the advertisement. A reward is granted when the advertising service confirms that it has been earned. Closing an advertisement before earning its reward may mean no reward is granted.

Lives, stars, scores, trophies and other in-game rewards are for use inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money and are not transferable between players. Daily challenges and competitive-style modes do not offer real-money prizes. Level rules, timers and available rewards may vary by mode and version.

6. Advertisements and external services

For eligible adult players, Tiny Traffic may display Google AdMob advertisements, including optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads at completed-level transitions. Advertising availability depends on factors such as your age-group selection, privacy choices, region, internet connection and the advertising service. Ads and ad rewards are not guaranteed to be available at all times. You can wait for a free life refill instead of watching a rewarded ad.

Advertisements may link to external websites, apps or offers operated by others. Their products, transactions and services are subject to their own terms. PocketUse does not endorse an advertiser merely because its ad appears in the game. Please report inappropriate ads or missing earned rewards to hello@pocketuse.com. Do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials.

7. Price and purchases

The current release of Tiny Traffic is free to download and does not include in-app purchases or subscriptions. Your mobile provider may charge for internet or data use.

If paid features are introduced later, their prices and conditions will be disclosed before purchase, and these terms will be updated as appropriate. No payment is authorized simply by playing the game or accepting these terms.

8. Progress and device storage

No player account is required. Progress, settings, daily records and life information are stored locally on your device. The current version does not provide a PocketUse account-based cloud-save or cross-device synchronization service.

Clearing app storage, uninstalling the game, losing your device or certain device changes may remove your progress. Platform backup behavior may vary, and recovery is not guaranteed. Contact support if you encounter a save or reward problem; please include your game version and a description of the issue.

9. Privacy

Our separate Tiny Traffic Privacy Policy explains local storage, advertising services, age-group choices and privacy controls. Reading or accepting these terms does not replace any privacy notice or consent required by law.

Where Google's consent service requires it, you can revisit your advertising privacy choices through the Ad privacy choices control in the game's Settings. See the Privacy Policy for further details and contact options.

10. Updates and ending use

We may release updates that change levels, visuals, balancing, compatibility or other features. Some devices or older versions may no longer be supported. We will give reasonable notice of material service changes or discontinuation where practicable and required by law.

You can stop using the game at any time and uninstall it. PocketUse may withdraw your permission to use the game for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice where required. This does not remove rights granted by third-party licenses or mandatory consumer law.

11. Availability and your legal rights

We aim to provide an enjoyable, working game, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or the absence of all bugs. Tiny Traffic is an entertainment game; its traffic and rescue scenarios are fictional and are not driving instruction, emergency-response training or real-world safety guidance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available without additional guarantees beyond those required by law. PocketUse is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, except where applicable law makes us responsible.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to use courts or regulators available to you under applicable law.

12. Changes, questions and complaints

We may update these terms as the game changes. The latest version will show its updated date. Material changes will be communicated through the game, its store listing or this website as appropriate; where fresh agreement is legally required, we will seek it. Changes will not remove rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.

For support, questions or complaints, contact PocketUse at hello@pocketuse.com. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
